In a region which enjoys particularly mild weather (316 days of sunshine a year), the Menton Tourist Office Sailing and Water Sports Centre offers beginners’ or more advanced sailing lessons with specialised instructors all year round (member of the French Sailing Federation (FFV) and the French Canoe and Kayak Federation (FFCK)). The Sailing and Water Sports Centre offers ideal sailing conditions all year round enabling you to discover contrasting landscapes of sea and mountains.
