Menton loves music and music loves Menton. Between the Music Festival held in August and the French Chamber Opera in December, whom are resident in Menton itself, the year is punctuated by concerts of top quality.
The year commences with the "New Year Concert", which is then direcly followed by the Musical Season, held in the "Palais de l’Europe" from October to May and then the open air summer concerts in "Le Monastère de l’annonciade". Furthermore, local vocal groups and choirs and other associations organise concerts throughout the year.
The Municipal Conservatory of Music, Singing, Dance and Dramatical Art, with more than 400 pupils, put on productions regularily to convey their passion of the arts to their public.
