Menton is the most eastern city of the French Riviera being situated on the French-Italian border, between Monaco and Italy, nestling in the heart of a bay, which stretches from Mortola to the east and Cap-Martin to the west.
Directly behind the city and to either side the mountains loom majestically, both ends of which descend into the sea the peaks of which being : Mont Agel (1149m), Mont Ours (1249m) and the Berceau (1200).
