Cookery lesson with a Michelin-starred Menton chef
Depart for the "Mirazur” gastronomic restaurant with its Michelin star and panoramic view of Menton bay. The restaurant is renowned for the creative cuisine of its chef – a former pupil of Alain Ducasse – who produces simple yet refined dishes made from the fresh produce in the vegetable garden and at the local market. Guided tour of the vegetable garden, whose produce is used to prepare the dishes served in the restaurant. Then, a gourmet coffee break and the opportunity to sample a local pastry. Finally, a cookery lesson with Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco or one of his close colleagues.

Dates: every Friday from March to mid-October, unless there is a special programme related to an organised event in Menton.
Depart by minibus from the Tourist Office at 2.30 pm and return around 6 pm
Description: includes all of the items mentioned in
the programme. The gourmet coffee break includes a drink (tea, coffee or mineral water) and a pastry. Lesson lasts about 1 hour.
